A. Instructions on Withdrawal

1. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers residing within the European Union are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal in distance selling transactions in accordance with the following provisions. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their commercial, business, or self-employed activity.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods (or, in the case of partial deliveries, the last goods).

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

2. Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us:

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not obligatory.

In addition, you may exercise your withdrawal online using our withdrawal feature (“Withdrawal Button”) labelled “Cancel contract” / “Vertrag widerrufen”, which is prominently displayed, easily accessible, and available on our online user interface throughout the entire withdrawal period. When using this online function, you can enter:

• Your name,
• Information identifying the contract (e.g. order number, invoice number, or order description), and
• An electronic means of communication (in particular your e-mail address for acknowledgment of receipt).

3. Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

4. Return of Goods

You shall send back or hand over the goods to the return address communicated by us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us.

The specific return address will be communicated to you in the withdrawal confirmation or made available on a dedicated returns page in our online shop.

The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

5. Exclusion and Premature Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers whose habitual residence is outside the European Union.

Furthermore, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of:

• Goods made to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs;
• Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if their seal was removed after delivery;
• Goods which are liable to deteriorate rapidly or where the expiration date would be exceeded quickly.
