Organic pickling spice
The traditional blend for pickled vegetables. Per kilo of vegetables, allow 0.25 to 0.5 litres of water (or apple juice), 0.5 litres of mild vinegar, 3 tsp of salt, 150 g of raw cane sugar and 3 tsp of the pickling spice.
Store in a dry place, protected from heat.
