Organic fasting tea (delicately tart blend)
After dark, cold winter days the spring sun finally warms us again. To help body and mind adjust to the lightness of the warm season, this tart and fresh spring herb blend is just right. This tea used to be called “Naturerlebnis” and now carries the fitting name fasting tea.
Store in a dry place, protected from heat.
Preparation: pour 1/4 litre of boiling water over one teaspoon of herbs and leave to steep, covered, for 3 to 5 minutes.
