Organic raspberry leaves
Raspberry leaves have a distinctive, pleasant smell and taste sweetly wine-like. They provide a good aroma in many herbal blends.
Store in a dry place, protected from heat.
Preparation: pour 1/4 litre of boiling water over one teaspoon of herbs and leave to steep, covered, for 3 to 5 minutes.
