This harmonious black tea blend is a delight for afternoon tea. Harmonised with the finest herbs, it is the perfect companion to cake, and also for a good start to the day.
Store in a dry place, protected from heat.
Preparation: pour 1/4 litre of boiling water over one teaspoon of herbs and leave to steep, covered, for 3 to 5 minutes.
