Organic lady’s mantle
As the herb of women, lady’s mantle was sacred to the Germanic peoples. An infusion of the dried leaves tastes slightly sweet.
Store in a dry place, protected from heat.
Preparation: pour 1/4 litre of boiling water over one teaspoon of herbs and leave to steep, covered, for 3 to 5 minutes.
