Organic peppermint
Peppermint smells refreshingly aromatic and therefore makes a wonderful summer drink. For something more exotic, drink peppermint with black tea or prepare it with ginger.
Store in a dry place, protected from heat.
Preparation: pour 1/4 litre of boiling water over one teaspoon of herbs and leave to steep, covered, for 3 to 5 minutes.
