Organic lemon balm
Lemon balm always gives off a pleasantly fine, lemon-like scent. In any tea blend it is therefore a tasty enrichment and companion.
Store in a dry place, protected from heat.
Preparation: pour 1/4 litre of boiling water over one teaspoon of herbs and leave to steep, covered, for 3 to 5 minutes.
