Organic lemon verbena
The lemon verbena shrub, native to South America, provides the leaves for the true verveine. Its fragrant essential oil gives the tea a refreshing taste, and the leaves are said to have a balancing effect.
Store in a dry place, protected from heat.
Preparation: pour 1/4 litre of boiling water over one teaspoon of herbs and leave to steep, covered, for 3 to 5 minutes.
